Hopanda Childcare is operated by two independently registered Ofsted childminders working in partnership under the name Hopanda Childcare LLP.

While Hopanda Childcare LLP handles shared administration, communications, and financial operations (e.g. invoices, contracts, and marketing), all childcare is delivered by individually registered childminders, each of whom:

Is registered with Ofsted as an individual childminder
Meets all statutory requirements under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
Holds valid DBS checks, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and relevant qualifications

Please note:

Hopanda Childcare LLP itself is not a registered childcare provider with Ofsted.
Each child is registered under the direct care of a specific childminder, and regulatory responsibility rests with that individual.
Ofsted inspections, legal compliance, and child safeguarding responsibilities apply to the individual childminders, not the LLP.

For transparency, the name of your child’s allocated registered childminder will be stated clearly in your childcare agreement.
